A key to the door is located in a key box on the right-hand side of the front door frame. Upon rental, a 7-digit code will be provided to you. An additional key is located on a lanyard inside the front door.
Please do not put large items, including grease, down the kitchen sink.
Please do not let garbage cumulate. Trash is to be deposited in the outside dumpster, and is picked up twice a week. PLEASE TAKE OUT ALL GARBAGE UPON DEPARTURE.
Please do not overfill the dumpster. The HOA gets an extra charge for items above the lid.
Upon leaving the condo for the week, please try and do a final laundry load of towels. All other linens may be piled near the laundry room for the cleaning service. If possible, please do a final dishwasher load of dishes upon leaving.
Please dispose of any unwanted food in the refrigerator, unless you think it can be used by the next renter.
The towels we have supplied are disappearing. Please be sure not to take any towels home with you when packing.
If anything gets broken or lost, don't be afraid to tell us— it happens. Just be sure to let us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
Upon leaving, please turn air conditioner up to 75 degrees.

It is impossible to keep all sand out of the house, but please use the outdoor shower/hose located near the pool and also the hose attached to the rear of condo patio.
Do not leave anything at the beach at night (i.e. chairs, umbrellas), as they will be collected and discarded.
Please clean up all trash from the beach.
Please clean up all debris and personal items from the pool area upon leaving each visit.
The pool closes at 10:00 PM. Please honor this time, as there are folks who live full time in the complex.
Glass is not allowed on the beach. Police will ticket you several hundred dollars per violation. BEWARE!
Do not get in the water on a RED FLAG day. Several people have drowned in rip tides and rough water while doing so.

A two-man kayak is available for use. It is mounted in the rear patio and will take two people to get it down. Paddles and seats are stored in the master closet. Please clean and return it to its same location prior to departure. Be careful taking the kayak out into deep water. USE WITH CAUTION! The tides can pull you out to sea. It is very difficult to get back to shore on a windy day.
Traffic can be congested. You may have to turn right onto 98 and then U-turn down the road to go the opposite direction. Drive safely!
