The Townhome
Spyglass Unit 100 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 2-story townhome. It is the only one of nine units in the Spyglass complex with a peekaboo view of the beach.
Location
104 Sandtrap Rd. Unit 100, Miramar Beach, FL is located 1100 feet from Destin's white-sand Miramar Beach.
Spyglass #100 is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, one of the nation's largest designer factory outlets. Destin Commons is also close by, with eateries, shopping, and a park.
Also located nearby is Grand Boulevard Town Center— a pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach.
Sleeping Accommodations
There are two primary bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and a full-sized ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps four, with two twin-sized bunk beds and a full-sized hall bathroom. In total, four adults and four children sleep comfortably in the 3 bedrooms, plus additional sleeping for two with the sofa bed, if needed.
Amenities
Fully-Stocked Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range, and breakfast bar with three stools. There is also a dining table which seats six.
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils. There is a Keurig coffee maker on the kitchen counter (guests supply K-cups), and a traditional coffee pot stored in a cabinet.
Linens and Laundry
Towels and bed linens are provided. Guests provide soap and shampoo.
There is an in-unit washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided.
In-Ground Swimming Pool
Beach towels provided.
Parking
Two free parking spaces per unit. Additional long term parking may be utilized at Dollar General or the outlet mall.
WiFi and TVs
There is Wi-Fi in the unit provided through Cox Communications. The network name is "Spyglass." The password to the Wi-Fi will be provided upon rental.
There is a large-screen smart TV in the family room and all 3 bedrooms.
